The Michigan Home for the Feeble-Minded and Epileptic in Lapeer was a long-lived institution for individuals with wide-ranging disabilities. It ranked among the largest of its kind in the United States, but patients were subject to the institution’s shortcomings. Join us to learn of its success – and its failures.
