[History Hounds] The Ford Homes: Assembling a Neighborhood with L. Glenn O’Kray, Author and Activist
When the Fordson Tractor Plant workers in Dearborn needed houses, Henry Ford became a home builder. In 1919 and 1920, Ford built 250 homes, designed by architect Albert Wood and using the best quality materials. Join us to learn about this remarkable housing development, now the Ford Homes Historic District.
