[History Hounds] Kirkland’s Warbler: A Conservation Victory with William Rapai, Kirkland’s Warbler Alliance
The iconic Kirtland’s warbler has gone from being a mystery to figuring into the infamous Leopold and Loeb murderers of the twentieth century to becoming a symbol of conflict to bordering on extinction. Today, the Kirtland’s warbler is making history again as a model for recovered species conservation.
