In cooperation with the St. Ignace Public Library, the Michilimackinac Historical Society presents a beaded bracelet workshop with Tricia Boucha.
Guided by Tricia Boucha, participants of this workshop will make their own Ojibwa-inspired cuff bracelet. The workshop is $35 and includes all supplies. Seating is limited and registration is required. Click here to register.
Tricia is the owner/artist of Mended Pieces Mosaics. She has taught and created fine-art mosaics for over 40 years. Her works are in public spaces, government buildings, hospitals, retail stores and private collections. She studied architecture, restoration, and design at Oakland University and Henry Ford Community College.
Tricia spent many summers in the Eastern Upper Peninsula learning about her Native American heritage from her grandmother. She uses her artistic talents and beading skill to create intricate beadwork jewelry with native design. She has sold and exhibited her works across the United States and Europe.
