Let's be clear...this is not Frosty the Snowman's corncob pipe! However, corncob was a cheap and readily available material that enterprising folks figured out how to use rather than just throw away. It provided endless hours of entertainment...first as a whittling project and then as an after-dinner smoke. Surprisingly, a corncob pipe can be used for many years if it is kept dry. This particular pipe was made by Missouri Meerschaum Company, and they are still around today!
